Silky hen or rooster

Just new to the chicken scene I have two silky's that I think are roosters but not sure what do you think

The first I'm not sure, Second I'd say rooster. How old are they? With a comb that big, I would think he'd be crowing soon.

They both look like roosters to me. It looks like the first one has streamers as well, a rooster trait (long pointy shiny feathers coming out of the main part of the crest)

Thanks for the replays I think there both about 4-5 months old.We thought roosters but just weren't sure no crowing at this stage.........
