Silky toes?

Well I got on this website and saw all the pretty little bantam chicks everyone was getting at TSC and I had to get some. We now have 8 mystery chicks. I believe one is a silkie. I have never had silkies before. My son was looking at her feet and he noticed that she seems to have extra toes. Is this typical of silkies? Or do I have a freaky silky?

Silkies have 5 toes and black skin, which is normal for them.

Looks like 2 feet to me. The feathered shanks dont line up so it cant be one foot.

Silkies ae supposed to have 5 toes per foot--that photo looks like 9 toes on one foot?!

Definitely a problem. If that is two feet, then one toe seems to be missing--also a problem, but a bit more normal.

Feed store/hatchery chicks are often lacking as far as the standard goes.
