Silver, blue, platinum, charcoal, or other cool quail colors

Hi, I live in the US and wish for a wider coturnix quail color choice.
Does anyone know how to get these colors from scratch .
I have Tuxedo wild a&t and Italian !
I do not raise the bird for meat but I do for color!
I am new to this quail thing and have 3 hens from November and 2 Roos from May!
