Silver chick but no silver hen that lays brown

I hatched two browns eggs today, one maran one I can’t tell, both are from my flock but the brown egg is silver… my brown laying hens are cinnamon queen, cuckoo maran, and BSL, my only silver hen lays blue-white eggs, then my Cuckoo maran chick doesn’t have the white head spot but white tipped wings.
What could the grey one be? The rooster is also a cuckoo maran

Your Marans may carry blue. We had a chick recently hatch out of an egg from our Black CM that looked exactly like yours (unfortunately died due because it failed to thrive) and the father is red so I doubt that it came from him lol.

The black one is the only one from my Maran hen… my second died the beginning of this year, the missing head spot is just very confusing since both the hen and roo are maran

These are them, the rooster does have the shiny green and blue feathers but I’m unsure
