Silver laced to silver barred

So I'm growing out some chicks and already considering some breeding experiments.
Has anyone ever crossed a silver laced rooster(I'm thinking Wyandotte) to a silver based barred hen(Delaware)? Or something similar.
What did the chicks look like? Any adults?

I haven't done it, but I would expect the chicks to be some pattern of silver-and-black. The pattern might look like poor quality lacing, but it might not.

If the Delaware is the mother, then all of her sons will get white barring along with whatever other pattern they show, but the daughters will not. So they will be sexlinks (barred/not-barred), but you may not be able to see the barring clearly enough to actually use it for sexing.
