Silver leghorn cockerel tail angle good?

It needs to be 40-45 degree angle. Im wondering is his body shape-type looks good with angle of his tail. Also when should he get fully black breasts? At what age? Thanks

If he is hatchery stock the white leakage could stay.

Well, the tail should be higher but the back shouldn’t slant so much. Instead it should acheive an even swoop down and up. Because both the back and the tail would be higher it still would achieve the 45 degree angle.
