silver pied

is it just me or does it seem that ib silver pieds are better marked than bs silver pieds, i have looked at several websites and it seems that their are more ib siver pieds with better marking than the bs, it seems more prevelent to me on the neck and chest of the ib silver pied most have good marking and bs seems to be more plain, maybe it is just my tastes and it may be a dumb question but i thought id ask anyway im still learning peafowl genetics so any help would be good and pics of anyone bs silverpieds are good as well so i can see more thanks

The bad thing about the Black Shoulder Silver Pied is anyway the ones that I have seen in person, is the older they get the more they loose there color and I have no idea why.

The BS that I have seen loose the dark color and almost look white white patches of Blue on the neck and the Blue Silver Pieds seem to keep all there color, I had one that was 5 yrs old and he was the same color for the 4 yrs I had him.

NO, I have a BS Pied White Eyed and he has all his color, The Black Shoulder Pieds just don't show pied like the blue pied but if you look close you can see the white eyes in his train.

i noticed that to with my bs pied as well they just dont show pied reall well must be true of the bs silver pieds as well

but the strange thing is that the guy that i got them from said that every year my birds dad regrew his tail it got more white in it the bird is now 8 yrs old and as a completly white tail and when he was 4 he only had a couple spots of white in his tail, but in the four yrs i had mine i never noticed that.
