Hello. I kept chickens in the 1970,s before going abroad. Just about to acquire 2 Welsummer hens but would also like to find a Silver Welsummer bantam.
have 6 Silver laced bantam eggs in the incubator and hoping for good results. We shall see !!

My Welsummer is a bit flighty and quite vocal, but she does lay some lovely eggs, as I'm sure yours will. Good luck with finding the SW Bantam and with hatching those eggs. Keep us posted.
