I use the Matilda and it's seems to work pretty well. I got the plans from this site last year. There are several different free plans on BYC. I am sure you'll find one that fits your budget.
The first site it for the matilda, the second is all the free plans posted on the site. If you look through the threads on this forum you are likely to get some great ideas.
