I keep a quote on my desk top " It's time to start living the life you've imagined."

For the past 40+ years I have wanted a few chickens to call my own. Last year I spent a full day at the Organic Growers School in Asheville NC, taking classes on how to keep/raise/grow?... enjoy heritage chickens! A full year has almost passed, and it is time for me to Live the life I've imaged...and that means Chickens!

I came late to chickens and am so happy keeping them. I wish I had known earlier how much enjoyment I would get out of a flock of chickens.
