Single toe very swollen

This is on the feral rooster who moved in with my flock, so I don't much about him. The middle toe on his right foot is swollen up. The swelling is even along the entire toe. There was a little poop on it when I took the picture but most of the toe is clean and feels like normal toe-skin. He was walking around normally during the day. Any idea what's going on?

My hen is 1 yr old she suffered a bumblefoot vet injected her she is ok but again her legs are swollen when vet puts injection swelling is gone and again it has come now what is the reason please help to both of us

And she is havinh a black area near her mouth it is not a dust because I washed it please help
