Size difference

I have a male and female guinea but the female is a little smaller than the male. They’re the same age but she has a weird toe so I wondered if that bothered her and made her walk lower. Is this normal?

I see nothing that shows that you have two different sexes of guineas. Your keets are far too young to know what sex they are. The broken toe on the one may well cause it to walk differently. It may be too late now but if this problem had been addressed earlier, it may have been correctable by building a "shoe" using cardboard and tape to hold the toe in proper position. Most poultry can adapt to problems such as this.

Guinea hens do tend to walk more parallel to the ground than do guinea cocks.
