Size of 3 week old red rangers?

Hi! Wondering about average sizes of 3 wk red rangers...i weighed some of ours today and got 1 lb 1.5 oz to 1 lb 4.5 oz. Does this sound about right?

Sounds good to me.Mine at 9 weeks were about 3 1/2 pounds when they were that's after processing.

These are definitely light birds, especially if you are comparing to Cornish Crosses. We butchered Crosses at 9 weeks and they were 5-6 pounds when dressed. We did Red Rangers at 16 weeks and the largest rooster was 5 pounds, most of the rest were in the 3-4 pound range. The Crosses were all the way around easier to raise and butcher, so we'll probably do those again next year.
