Skin and Bones

I posted about my naked hen this weekend, and i have some new information:
-She was wormed per suggestions!

-She is nothing but bones at this point
-she looks like she is in a ton of pain!
-he coomb goes from pale to red and back again
-when she poo's there is a lot of water/goo and not so much solid
-her abdomen is the largest part of her body, swollen and smushy

-I am thinking she is egg bound at this point. I soaked her for a while and she pushed and pushed to no avail! I took her out of the tub, dried her off and set her under a heat lamp. I also lubed her vent. She is standing under the light pushing and pushing. She kind of stands up really tall, puffs her chest out and her vent begins to pucker. Nothing yet, any suggestions?

I am concerned that if the problem is not fixed soon she is going to wither away!

The swollen, mushy abdomen suggests egg peritonitis. When was the last time you saw her lay? With this disorder, she may actually be depositing the eggs in her abdomen (we necropsied one like this). Does her comb or the sides of her mouth have a yellow tint? So sorry she is not well.

it has been about 2 weeks since she layed. I dont know if i would call it yellow, but very pale on occasion.
