Skin Problem?

My chicken started getting white scaley skin on it's face about a week ago and it's not getting better. It isn't acting sick or weird but does anyone know what it could be?

It might be the onset of Favus. Wear disposable gloves when treating it. Here's a link regarding Favus and treatments:
