Skinny hen doesn't want to eat or do anything

I have this 5 month old Ameracauna pullet that doesn't want to eat or drink, she just sits on her hocks and stares. I syringed her some egg yolk and some water. A few days ago she was fine. She's super skinny and her crop had literally nothing in it this morning, but I put her in front of the feed and she just stared ahead so I separated her. I have poultry cell but I haven't given her any. And her butt has some greenish yellowish poop on it I put a picture.
