Give her some more time to get the lacing. A lot of the laced varieties come in odd looking but feather out nicely. My blue laced reds weren't even remotely pretty until about 6-8 weeks old. I'm guessing she is a SLW, just one with the wrong leg color.

Nope. We live in Utah.

I went to the feed store Saturday. I didn't get a chance to talk to someone who knows a lot about chickens - let alone the person who does the ordering. I'll have to try again during the weekday when they are less busy.... The girl I spoke with seemed baffled when I told her my SLW has the wrong leg color and I was hoping to find out what it is. She went a got a picture of one to look at the legs.

I love that this place makes me sound like I know what I'm talking about! lol.
