Slate-blue-green poo....yes more poo! and dead chicken

Can anyone tell me what might be wrong with a chicken that looks fine one day, appears not to feel so good the next, then die with this kind of poo collected on her butt over night??? I have seen this same thing a couple of times before in other chickens.

Could have been Vent Gleet (A chicken yeast infection)

vent gleet is usually a creamy white color because it is a yeast type infection

if you have had more than one bird die from this, i would suggest sending a bird in for necropsy.
