I wanted to ask about duckling and chick sleep cycles and what they are like?
I know people say that they need to rest a lot and that they do rest a lot.
But I have the duckling pen right outside my door (in order to keep them alive long enough to go outside later.) And I swear they are NEVER asleep! Its so odd.
I don't quite understand how their brain sleep patterns work.
And sometimes they look like they are sleeping but they have an eye open and are looking around, but just are laid down with eyes open. And even this I haven't seen much at all.
I find this quite puzzling.
