What do you mean exactly about your well house? Do consider the possibility of contaminating your water?

I think I would watch the weather and if it shows that the temp will be unusually cold, like zero, I would get them early (bribe with treats) to get them the coop and close the door. If there is no door, block the entrance. Or, I would put them in a large dog crate in my attached garage which is heated.
