The only issue with that is chicken wire keeps chickens in - it doesn’t keep predators out. IMO keeping them out in the run overnight is a hard no - but it’s entirely up to you. Just know that anything that really wants to eat them can easily get through that chicken wire. If you want to leave them out overnight, I would invest in hardware cloth.

With the chicken wire around the run, I would say no to allowing them to sleep in the run. Chicken wire won’t keep a predator out and can easily be chewed through by a predator.
