Get some photos of her eye and of her poop.

I'd try to get some sugar water into her.

Hard to know if it's travel stress or if she was already not very well and the travel made it worse.

Here’s the best I could get! I checked for lice and mites and none. She can drink water on her own but seems completely uninterested in food.

Check her crop first thing in the morning before she eats or drinks to make sure it’s emptying. That will at least rule out a crop issue if it is.

What is all in her feathers?

Does she seem to be able to see out of the eye? Hard to tell a lot about it with a flash.

I'd would do as suggested and make sure he crop is emptying.

If she's willing to drink but not interested in food, the crop may not be functioning well.

For a bird this age, Coccidiosis also comes to mind. What's her poop like?

I’m going to post a photo of a new chick that is sick like the other. Breeder confirmed its coccidiosis.
