sleepy, stumbling quail?

I have this one quail, Pebble, who was kind of a runt since I got her as a chick. She developed her feathers much slower than the others and still, as an adult, doesn't have as many wing feathers. None of the others are pecking, don't worry, they all get along beautifully. She just seems rather underdeveloped.

She tends to stumble around and lacks a sense of balance. She's way tamer than the others, too, and seems almost sleepy a lot of the time. She eats and drinks and poops regularly, but I'm concerned about her behavior. She also tends to puff up her feathers a whole bunch, idk why.

Any advice? I love her very much and if she's sick I really want to help her as best as I can :( It's okay if she needs extra care, I am more than willing to give it to her.

How old is she? In my experience, runts often don't thrive, but I hope yours in an exception.

You might try giving her a bit of Nutri-Drench or Save-A-Chick to see if she is lacking in vitamins.

She is about 5 weeks old. I also noticed that one of her toes is crooked, but it doesn't look severe enough to be the cause of the stumbling...

Other than the sleepiness, slow growth, and stumbling, she seems healthy, and is friendly with the other quail. Since you recommended Nutri-Drench, do you think she might be sick?

I thought she was younger. Nutri-Drench might still help her, but it sounds and looks like she is either sick or has something genetically wrong. Keep a close eye on her and the rest of your birds.

Interesting... i'm not sure she's sick, since she's been odd since she was born and she's made it this far. I just want her to be happy and healthy and help her as best as I can. She also doesn't display classic symptoms of common quail illnesses.
