Slightly swollen and bloody chicken eyes

I have a broody cuckoo maran hen who I relized has slightly swollen and bloody eyes! I have veterycyn plus should I put that on? Will she be ok?

I see nothing to be alarmed about......maybe a mild abrasion just behind her left eye?
