Slipped Tendon? Break? SOS

Hi, I have a 3 week old keet that I was SURE had splayed leg. I treated for that as directed and it made no change.
Then I figured it must be a slipped tendon so I attempted to treat that too. Had the keet in a splint for 5 days (changing daily) and still has not made a difference.
I fear something is broken. Have yall dealt with this before? What can I do to help this poor baby?

Unfortunately slipped tendon is very hard to fix. And it needs to be done as early as possible. Pictures may help to confirm that it is slipped tendon vs a break. But sadly, if it is slipped tendon and hasn’t healed by this point, I don’t think it will
