Slipped Tendon Treatment

I just got a duck from a lady who needed to rehome hers. One of the ducks has a slipped tendon. The lady took the duck to a vet, but no vet in my town has any duck experience, so they had no idea how to treat it. The duck is about 3 months old. Does anyone have an advice on how to treat it? I have attached some pictures, and I can try to get better ones.
