Slow baby chick development

Hi, I have a 5 week old chick who is not growing feathers very fast. It still does not have any tail feathers and has a weird hairless butt. Any ideas? There are 9 other chicks with it and they are all very feathered. It is eating and drinking and high up on the pecking order so I know its not getting pecked at.

One of my chicks had missing neck and back feathers up until like 2 months or so. He was late to feather but now they have all grown. I would say to just be patient.
