Slow lethargic chicken what's wrong?

I have a buff orpington chicken that went to the fair 2 weeks ago and the last few day she has been acting really lethargic and not alert she isn't really elation or drinking and she is very weak and her poop is small???????? What is wrong???????

I'm guessing she picked up something at the fair. Did you return her to your flock mates when she got back, or have you kept her quarantined? Check her for mites. Otherwise, I have no suggestions.
