Slowing down

I have some flock that will be 3 yrs and 2yrs old should get rid of them as I think the have really slowed down in laying eggs

Most hens prime laying is in the first 2 years, after that, it slows.
Diet, temperature and stress can also slow down laying.

Entirely up to you, some keep their flock for only 2 years before getting younger birds to replace them while others keep them longer. It all just comes down to your goals and preferences. Do what is right for you
