Hi chicken lovers!

I’m having a bit of a problem in my coop. Just today, I picked off 17 fat slugs from the inside of my coop. They are eating all the food and getting in the nest box which none of the hens like.
I’m not sure how to get rid of them, as slug pellets will surely be eaten by the girls, and cause them to be ill. They do not eat slugs, so that doesn’t work either. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks in advance! 😁

Put slug pellets in a place the hens can't reach, an inch wide pipe closed at one end and fixed well to the floor or something similar

Slugs pellets in a beer or pop bottle works for the garden, just laying on its side in the dirt, that might work if you can secure it so a bird cant spin it or pull it out of the run before you let them out of the coop 🤔
