One of my 50 days pullet is having small bulge in the eye and comb. Kindly someone tell me if it is disease. He is decreasing in eating but active. Small red in it might be from pecking. Thanks in advance.

I think that you might be dealing with a case of fowl pox, a virus spread by mosquitoes that lasts several weeks. There is no treatment unless the eye shows infection from scabs. Then you can use Vetericyn eye gel or Terramycin eye ointment into the eye twice a day. I would probably go ahead and use some. Here is some info:

I agree with Eggcessive. There are fowl pox lesions forming on the comb also. Mosquitos are a vector for fowl pox. Once it passes through your flock, your birds will be immune to that particular strain. Eggs are safe to eat.
