I have 3 chicks all 5 days old, and all different breeds. The one chick (it is a barred rock) much smaller than the other two (easter egger & australorp) so ive been keeping an eye on it. It eats, drinks, poops but lays down much more than the other two and doesnt seem to have the coordination the others do. It gets off balance and tends to hold one leg up often (not always the same one). Not horribly noticeable but just enough to make me think something is up. Any supplement recommendations out there i can try? She just seems like she needs a little help. Since i received them ive been adding avaplex to their water. I have a bunch of things on hand but im not sure what would be best.

Do you have photos of her?

I'd get some B-Complex and dissolve 1/4tablet in very small amount of water. Give her drops of the mixture throughout the day. Do this daily for at least a week.

She's holding a leg up often, have you examined it for swelling, something stuck to the foot, etc.?
