Small eggs

When chickens start laying eggs at 5 or 6 months can you hatch the small ones or do u have to wait till there big eggs.

My understanding is that it's best to wait a few months.

One of my chickens laid its first egg last week. It was very small, but I have been incubating it for 7 days. When I candle it everything looks alright. There is definetly growth inside.

Ok thanks my chickens wont be laying eggs for a while there only 1 and a half months old so ill find out in like October or November
