small silkie hen acting odd. Need help ASAP

I noticed one of my small silkie hens just kinda stumbling back and forth from her coop to her run and the roo and other two hens where just kinda running her over. I went in and got her out and she feels so skinny and her crop is very small to almost empty. She seems week and her wings are kinda droopy and she is kinda stumbling almost looks like a duck walking like she is wattling side to side. Not real bad but noticable. I gave her some chick feed and some antibotics in her water and she is eating and drinking fine. I have seperated her by herself for now. I thought it was her crest she could not see a thing so I cut it so she could see. She just seems real weak...What could be wrong and what can I do more then what I have already done?

ETA: She is now aftering eating and drinking she is sitting there all puffed up.

so sorry. Puffed up is usually a sign of them not feeling well. Is she having normal stools? not sure what might be up. So many things with chickens. Good luck. I am dealing with a sour crop at the moment. Always feel so helpless when they are sick.

I have not really noticed any abnormal poop's has been eating and drinking well.
