Small tip for shipping...

When I get eggs at my local post office, which is small and personal, if the package is marked EGGS somewhere, they call me to come and get it, saving the eggs from going out on the route and being put in a hot mail box.

I know that not all post offices do this, but mine does, so it is nice if the box is marked 'eggs'.

Of course, I have asked them to call me, which helps. They are very nice.

I always ask the shipper to put a big note that says "Hole at USPS and call 222222222 for pick up.

I'm home all day and my mail lady always knocks on the door when she has any packages. She occasionally will come back after the initial run if I'm late getting shipments ready. I guess it helps that I've given her eggs, soap and lotion.
