Smelly, dirty incubator with eggs still hatching

Hi all. I had several different groups of eggs in my incubator. On day 18 of the first group, I moved them to a different incubator for lock down. Two days later, I had to put in the second group. I had 20 silkies hatch on their day 21 and moved them into the brooder two days later, when the second group started hatching. Well, now I have 2 wet speckled sussex babies and 1 more egg that is pipped in a dirty, smelly incubator. Ugh. Will it still be safe to allow them to stay for another 24 hours or should I tr to find a dry, warm and most importantly, clean place for them to dry out. Help!!!

I should add that I still have one more group in the other incubator who will not go into the hatcher-bator until Friday. I hope I can get it clean by then!!!
