Smooth silkies? Roos?

I bought an assortment of hatching eggs that could include sizzles, frizzles, smooth silkies. These babies are 8 weeks old today.
The first question, would they be considered smooth silkies? And secondly, are they both Roos?
The paint is much larger than the rest. The Black is the second largest. Are those streamers I am seeing?

They have solid feathers, so probably some mixing involved in the parentage. They do have the dark purple faces and combs, though, so they are mostly Silkies.

I think they are a little young to sex properly. The combs don't look too big, so that is a good sign. I see nothing to indicate they are both cockerels at this point. Just watch their combs-- if there is a sudden growth spurt in that area, then they could be boys.
