snack foods for ducklings???

Hi all. I was wondering what you all feed your ducklings as a treat? I've got 4 little 3 wk old Silver Appleyard ducklings here that cower in the corner any time a person approaches their brooder. When ever I've had chicks I've bribed them with a bug here & there (usually a few small moths gotten near the lights outside) to get them to come to my hands etc but I was unsure what ducklings would eat in the way of an extra here & there. What do you all try to give as a treat to excit them to you coming to greet them??

Mine love little baby peas. They come a runnin'.

Ditto on the peas. Earthworms attract them like nothing else. They wriggle and the ducks can't bear not to come in for them, even if they are scared. Good luck!

Mine also like lettuce, watermelon, shredded zucchini, etc...

Oh what great suggestions thanks everyone... They are darlings really & I kind of feel bad they all cower like that... LOL I'll remember this list of items & that the baby peas are a biggie...
