sneezing 3 day old chick

I have a 3 day old chick that I hatched myself and it's sneezing a little. She'll sneeze and then open her beak, and sometimes she opens her beak without sneezing. No runny nose/eyes, very active, no ratteling or wheezing as far as I can hear. What could this possible be? Any ideas/advice/cures would be very much appreciated.

One of mine did that, I think it was just the bedding and feather dust combined with the enclosed area. Once I moved them to a larger pen, he stopped.
