This may not be the answer for your chicken, but when one of my hens starting sneezing, my vet said some chickens have or develop allergies, just like people. She told me to give Dottie a half a Benadryl, and within a couple of hours, Dot was fine.

Hope there's a simple fix for your girl, too.

There are plenty of reasons why chickens sneeze, such as; inhalation of feed dust, dust from dust bathing, ammonia fumes from soiled bedding, pollen, improper ventilation in the coop, pesticide use, mold spores etc...
These issues can be corrected or eliminated.
