Sneezing repeatedly

One of my GL Polish 3 week old chicks has started sneezing...doesn't seem to be ailing otherwise. I really don't want to segregate the wee thing. I have rubbed vapourub in the coop and have put Life-Gard vitamin supplement in the water - is it too early to consider an anti-biotic or coccidiostat ? Any help would be much appreciated.

Is there any discharge? I wouldn't medicate unless I was sure of a sickness. Could just be hay or litter dust.

I was concerned about the dust from the wood chips so have put down loads of newspapers in the coop instead - also read something about the chicks eating it and getting impacted. They are snuggled down in straw at night with their 'mum' in the nest box. There is nothing at the beak but will keep an eye. Thanks
