Sneezing

My girls are 2 weeks old and they are sneezing and scratching there nose. Is this normal? What can I do to fix it?

I've used that pelleted bedding, and in my experience it broke down and became dusty rather rapidly. Could that be happening and causing the sneezing ?

Well I didn't think about it but they did spill there water while I was at work last night and my mom tried to clean some of it out. Maybe if I clean it really good they will stop.
