Snohomish County? Can Anyone Help? Cross Beak!

I have a three week old chick that has cross beak, she needs her beak trimmed but I can't seem to do it. Im not confident in myself to do it. I've called all the local vets and found one that will do it for 60.00!!!! I have had a few offers off of freecycle to help me fix this problem but they live FARRR!! Is there anyone in Everett, Lake Stevens, Granite Falls, Marysville area that can help me out here?!?! Pretty Please?? This is my daughter's "Queen".

I am in the Everett area and will be home from UW this weekend. I have not done a trimming other than crooked toe nails and spurs, but i figure a beak can't be that bad although a bit tricky since it's on the birds head which likes to move...
