Snowflake bobwhite

Hi,

I am new to this forum I am from the UK and breed quails i have various breeds
I was wondering if anyone in America had any snowflake bobwhites that they would ship good price paid iv been having a look online to see what needs to be done in order to ship them but have not found much information which is very clear on the rules if there are any if anyone could help me.
