Thank you, V Comb, 3 chimama, and kelliepulido! True Grit, you are right, we usually don't have snow for Christmas here. I imagine you have WAAAY more snow in your neck of the woods.

Ohhh, such pretty snow photos! Here's some more;

These are from my sister-in-law overseas - whom I blame for my urban chicken addiction, thankyouverymuch! They've had city chickens for years in a very upscale neighborhood where these are considered "cute". Now, this past summer they let a broody hatch eggs (yes, a rooster in the city). These are two very dear pets of the girls, one that ran up an 80 euro vet bill when it got sick (better now).
