In the Brooder
We technically he was mine anyone. Where we are we can't have roosters, so we gave to a friend further out than us. Anyway, he didn't have cell service or electricity for a couple days. I finally heard from his today and our little omelette drowned or was sufficated when his chickens huddled up. He lost about six to include omelette.i am crushed! I feel so guilty because I orginally was gonna wit another week or two to let him go, but he crowed ( at only four weeks) and I knew it was time. If I had only waited little omelette would still be alive,
he had such a sweet disposition and had such a personality. I just can't get over the guilt. All nine of my chicken here were just fine. I am so heartbroken.
