I found a brand new shed at homedepot cleareanced over 75% off, plus they honored a lowes 10% off coupon as a competitor coupon. It ended up being $167.xx including tax.

I guess the built size is 7x7, and has windows. Gonna make it my new coop. Yippeee, yippee, yippeee!!!

That is a good price.

Put in some nesting boxes, roosting poles, and a chicken run and you will be all set. Or if they free range, you may not need the chicken run.

Maybe you can post a picture when it is set up.

Nice!

As having set up and moved(several times) a similar shed, please accept this word of advise.
When the directions say "level" area, they mean LEVEL!
Been there and it doesn't have to be off by much to cause problems.
Nice score btw!

Good to know!! My yard is ridiculously unlevel, lol!

We bought a Rubbermaid resin shed years ago that went from tool shed to coop after a few other lives.
They are wonderful as far as movability and usage, and last forever.
When it went to coop status, the area was really unlevel, but I learned before hand how critical level meant!
We got a load of sand and hand tampted it to level before I put it up.
Hope this helps,and again,great deal!

Yep they HAVE to be level but not perfectly on the spot level. It has some flexibility but when you assemble, it makes a difference.

Good thing you scored!
