my 1st time hatching, i got 8 out of 10 eggs hatch .the chicks are running all over (when they aren't sleeping) i lost a still born which was all grown but i guess couldn't make it out of the egg. it was sad to see this one. the other was just a glob in the egg. but i read 50-75% success and i got 80% on the first try so i am so happy with myself. thanks to everyone along the way with advise.

thanks to everyone along the way. i just put the last 2 from the incubator to the brooder.all look perfect.
well off to clean the bator.

you bet i have 12 ready to go and i havnt been back to the coop yet .maybe 3 or 4 more. i have friends who have a few chickens that want these but no way my 1st hatch is staying here. i have a 150 sq ft coop just about ready for then in 4 weeks or so.
