I really hope you can keep your chickens... I really hate some bylaws.

Chickens are legal,keeping them outside to live is not. We have a covered front porch that would work as a home base but to run they would have to be taken from the front of the house to the back no so much fun but that's what will have to happen.

Have you seen the actual bylaws? Such things are often misinterpreted. Also, take a drive around the neighborhood and make note of any violations you see. Then you can approach your HOA and ask why the rules are bent for others. If they letter is correct, then work to change the rules.

The people two streets away have a mini goat, the guy behind us has a 10 ft fencs(6 is max), the city suck hopefully I can change it we are keeping the hutch on our front porch without the roof so if he does take us to court we will prove heès unreasonable about the rabbits.
