My rooster is four weeks old yesterday and he crows perfectly now, I guess it just happened earlier for me

Boys start to crow when they begin to be sexually mature. Mine usually start around 4.5-5 weeks. Varies with the bird.
All of them can do a location call, where they call out if they lose sight of each other.
